Week 5 B

His and Hers Investment target audience are homeowners of distressed properties that are eager for a sale. So this could be anyone from individuals who are behind on taxes, probate properties that are inherited, code violators, etc. With that being said, the age demographic of a motivated home seller could range from 18 to 80. Since properties can be inherited by anyone of legal age, my social media campaign primary focus would be on one city at a time. From there I would be able to pull demographic information and housing market value in a particular area in that city. Through Facebook, using hypertargeting and nontargeting will allow me to zone in on my potential clients and market my service to them digitally. Locating the list of people, I will be marketing to is easy. You can locate their names, phone number, and property address via the counties delinquent taxes list, bank owned properties that are foreclosed on list, pre-foreclosure homes list, and municipal code vio

Subway’s target audience is people who are looking for healthy fast food. They also market to people who want healthy food at an affordable price. To showcase themselves as a healthy alternative to traditional fast food establishments, they make sure every menu item has bright and vibrate vegetables in it. If I would have to take a guess, I would say Subway is targeting customers between the ages of 20 to 40’s. I came to this conclusion based on the content and models on their websites. To draw in the younger crowd, subway’s site has catchphrases like “This is how you Wrap”. The catering service they provide is targeted for birthday parties, office meetings, and sports gathering. The overall tone and message for Subway are to eat fresh food at a cost friendly price. I typically eat at The Hunger Bear Deli on my cheat meal days. Based on their website, I believe the Hunger Bear Deli’s target audience would be for people who are less health-conscious when it comes to food. I cam

People are always browsing the internet for products, businesses, or services. Due to this, having a well design website is important to one’s business as it can often be the first impression given to your consumer. A company with a website that is clean and user-friendly builds trust, brand awareness and a strong probability that a customer will return to your site for more business. In other words, a good-looking, well-designed website is essentially a company’s digital brick-in-mortar. While browsing the internet, I tend to only shop on websites that are organized, visually appealing, easy to maneuver, and mobile friendly. Having these things motivates me to continue to do business with you. With that being said, the two website I frequent the most are YouTube and Amazon. YouTube’s website is extremely well organized and user friendly. What I like most about their site is its homepage. The homepage shows their users important things like updated videos from channels they foll

· Identify at least three potential problems for visitors. http://jamilin.com/ - Although the site contains really good content, the site layout felt messy. While viewing the webpage, my eyes kept darting to different sections as I couldn’t pinpoint which content was more important than the other. Also, the layout of the site feels really outdated also lacks the modern feel of a website in today's world. Lastly, the contact, sign up and social media links were really hard to find. http://www.roverp6cars.com/ - The sites homepage layout felt extremely disorganized and hard to follow. Similar to the Jamilin.com site, I couldn’t really pinpoint what was most important and where to go. I honestly did not know it was a home page until I started clicking on different links. Next, when I clicked on the online store link, it brought me to a page with extremely small font that was difficult to read. The page also looks like a separate site/company, when compared to the home pa

Week 3 B

Michaella Ellis Hello! … I really enjoyed reading your blog. You did a really good job with outlining the importance of a business responding to their consumers via social media. Like you, I feel appreciated when a business responds to my inquiry with a resolution. Excellent customer service is a sure way to always have repeat customers. Growing up I had the best of both worlds. I remember as a little girl using snail mail, and then 3 years later getting my very first gateway computer and chatting online (AOL) with friends. Anywho, I say all this because its crazy how time has changed. I can’t wait to see where technology will take us in the next 10 to20 years. Nancy Niepagen Hello! … good job on your blog post. You effectively explained why responding to your customer, whether good or bad, is extremely important to one’s business. I enjoyed reading your negative experience about the local sports bar you attended, and happy to hear that the business replied to your complaint with in

Week 3 A

Have you ever experienced difficulty communicating with a business? With an e-commerce type of business, no. I’ve been really lucky with online purchases. I tend to buy my online goods from stores with high reviews or have a good rating with the BBB board. Any shipping issues that I have encountered in the past, or wrong product received type issues are always handled in a timely and professional manner. Does social media make it easier to get noticed or get your problem solved? Yes, social media makes it easier for companies to see your complaint or praise and respond accordingly. Like once when I had a really bad experience at a Restaurant and posted said experience on Yelp. The restaurant management team replied to me personally with an apology and offered a free dine-in coupon for my next visit. Since social media is extremely popular with everyday people brands with a good marketing team should use social media to address any positive or negative reviews about their compa

Karla Putts - https://mymiracosta.blogspot.com/ Hello! I really enjoyed reading your post. I agree that although sites like Snapchat is fun and entertaining, it is also geared towards a younger audience. I also agree that google+ and linkedin are sites that are perfect for business to business marketing and that business can use any platform to market their business. The cool thing about digital marketing is that it allows companies to personalized their marketing strategies through different social media sites. Michael Plunkett - https://csit155f18mplunkett.blogspot.com/ Hello! Great Post. I agree, Twitter is an extremely effective, cheap and smart way of advertising one's business. Twitter allows you to reach a target audience in a measurable way, as well as boost traffic to your website. Twitter also helps business receive instant feedback about their product or service. Haylie Erwin - https://csit155f18hayliee.blogspot.com/ Hello! Awesome Post! .. Its crazy how much Facebook
