Week 3 A

Have you ever experienced difficulty communicating with a business? With an e-commerce type of business, no. I’ve been really lucky with online purchases. I tend to buy my online goods from stores with high reviews or have a good rating with the BBB board. Any shipping issues that I have encountered in the past, or wrong product received type issues are always handled in a timely and professional manner. Does social media make it easier to get noticed or get your problem solved? Yes, social media makes it easier for companies to see your complaint or praise and respond accordingly. Like once when I had a really bad experience at a Restaurant and posted said experience on Yelp. The restaurant management team replied to me personally with an apology and offered a free dine-in coupon for my next visit. Which ones seem to work better for business? What makes them seem more suitable to business use? If you are a creative, out the box type of individual, you can

Companies like McDonalds and In-N-Out strategically picked a bold rich red and cheerful bright yellow for their companies logo for a reason. “In a study titled “ Impact of color on marketing ,” researchers found that up to 90% of snap judgments made about products can be based on color alone, depending on the product" . So while reviewing the many different templates the website "Blogger"  had to offer, I decided to first research which colors are best for a Real Estate Investment Blog/website, and then build from there.. Through my research, I discovered that the color blue is often associated with trust and dependability . Additionally, the color green is linked to nurturing and education.  Since the main goals with my blog are to generate leads to my primary website, be seen as a legitimate Real Estate Investment company, and be viewed as an extremely knowl
