Although social media is a constantly evolving platform, I’ve always felt that sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Pinterest and Snap Chat were all platforms that are geared towards personal use. I’ve always used social media sites, like Facebook and Instagram, to document aspects of my life and share it with family and friends. When it comes to branding one’s company and or blog, having a correct color scheme is extremely important. Companies like McDonalds and In-N-Out strategically picked a bold rich red and cheerful bright yellow for their companies logo for a reason. “In a study titled “ Impact of color on marketing ,” researchers found that up to 90% of snap judgments made about products can be based on color alone, depending on the product" .
